Welcome to SRK Pest Control. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SRK Pest Control provides professional pest management solutions, including general pest control, cockroach control, ant control, termite treatment, mosquito control, bed bug treatment, and other residential and commercial pest management services across Patna and Bihar.
All services are performed by trained and certified technicians using eco-friendly and government-approved chemicals.
3. Service Appointments
Appointments can be booked via call, WhatsApp, or email.
Customers are required to provide accurate details, including location, contact number, and preferred time.
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of emergencies, we offer priority service support based on technician availability.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are subject to change based on service type, area size, and pest severity.
Payments must be made in full after completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted modes of payment include cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online wallet.
No refund will be processed after the service has been rendered.
5. Guarantee and Liability
Our treatments aim to control and reduce pest infestation effectively, but complete elimination may require multiple visits.
SRK Pest Control shall not be held liable for re-infestation caused by lack of hygiene, open drains, or poor maintenance after treatment.
Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be mentioned in the service invoice.
6. Health and Safety
We use safe, eco-friendly, and approved chemicals that pose minimal risk to humans and pets when used properly.
Clients are advised to follow technician instructions, such as staying out of treated areas for the recommended time.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may attract a minimal fee.
Prepaid bookings cancelled before 24 hours will be fully refundable or rescheduled at no extra cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SRK Pest Control.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
Customer information collected through calls, WhatsApp, or email is kept strictly confidential and used only for service-related communication.
