At SRK Pest Control, we strive to provide timely, reliable, and professional pest management services to all our customers across Bihar. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may cancel their booked services. Please read this policy carefully before confirming any booking.

1. Service Booking Confirmation

All service bookings made through our website, phone, or other communication channels are considered confirmed once a date, time, and service type are mutually agreed upon.
Upon confirmation, we allocate trained technicians, service materials, and scheduling resources specifically for your request.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

We understand that unexpected situations may occur; however, last-minute cancellations directly affect our technicians’ schedules and operational costs. Therefore, no refund will be provided for cancellations or rescheduling requests made on short notice.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to SRK Pest Control are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no amount shall be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
This includes cancellations due to change of mind, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction before service completion.

We follow this strict no-refund policy to maintain fairness, operational efficiency, and resource planning for all customers.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may request rescheduling only once per booking and must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to technician availability and service area feasibility.
Repeated rescheduling requests may lead to booking cancellation without refund.

5. Service Cancellation by SRK Pest Control

In rare cases, SRK Pest Control reserves the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled service due to:

• Unforeseen technical issues

• Weather conditions or area restrictions

• Technician unavailability or safety concerns

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a new service date will be provided at no additional charge. However, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

6. No Show Policy

If our team arrives at your location and you are unavailable or unable to provide access, the service will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

7. Policy Acceptance

By booking our pest control services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation & No Refund Policy in full.
